SAN ANTONIO, TX — Sundt Construction announces that Maritza Burgos has transitioned to Business Development Representative for the Transportation Group in Texas.

Burgos joined Sundt in 2022 as a Proposal Manager and has helped secure several projects. In her new position, Burgos will play a key role in fostering client relationships, identifying new project opportunities and expanding Sundt’s presence in Texas.

“Maritza has been an integral part of Sundt’s successful growth in Texas, and her ability to connect with people and understand client needs makes her an excellent fit for this role,” Project Director Ryan Holloway said. “We are excited to see her passion, creativity, and strategic mindset in this next phase of her career.”

For over half a century, Sundt has been building infrastructure throughout the state of Texas. The company has delivered nearly $3.5 billion in work across the state. Sundt’s Texas team recently completed work on the City of Lewisville’s Windhaven Parkway and is constructing four segments of the city’s Corporate Drive. Additional ongoing work includes several transportation projects for the City of Denton. Sundt specializes in transportation, industrial, building, concrete, and renewable power work and is owned entirely by its 4,000 employees.
