JACKSONVILLE, FL — Halff announces Patrick Stanford, PE, as its Construction Services Practice Leader.
In this role, Stanford will lead Halff’s construction engineering and inspection services, supporting clients with complex roadway, bridge, and infrastructure projects across the Southeast. Stanford’s experience provides clients with an owner-consultant perspective that strengthens project delivery and client collaboration. He has experience across federal, state, and local projects.
Stanford brings more than 30 years of transportation experience, including nearly two decades with the Florida Department of Transportation and 13 years in consultant leadership roles. His background includes managing major highway and bridge programs; leading multidisciplinary Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) teams; and delivering successful projects in competitive markets.
Stanford is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Auburn University.
