DALLAS, TX — Halff is expanding its North Texas presence with a new office in Dallas. The office is slated to open in the summer of 2025.
This addition will contribute to Halff's growth and enhance its client support while strengthening its presence in the city where its 75-year legacy began. Dr. Albert H. Halff founded the firm as a one-person operation in Dallas in 1950, laying the foundation for the firm.
“Dallas has been instrumental to our success and storied history,” President and CEO Jessica Baker Daily said. “This expansion reflects our commitment to serving our clients in the North Texas region, while creating new opportunities for collaboration and innovation."
The Dallas office will provide environmental, land development, public works, survey, and transportation services. Vice President Ryan Delmotte, PE, will oversee the office as Operations Manager. With 18 years of experience serving North Texas municipalities, Delmotte specializes in public works projects, focusing on roadway, drainage, and trail design. He aims to further the engineering industry through his role as the Education Chair for the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
With the addition of the Dallas office, Halff will operate four offices in the Metroplex: Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, and Richardson. The firm’s Richardson office, its largest location, will relocate 2 miles north to Galatyn Commons in fall 2025.
