PLANO, TX — McCownGordon adds Texas construction professional, Brian Rose, LEED AP, to its Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) leadership team as Vice President, Business Unit Leader over K-12 and civic endeavors. Rose has over 25 years of experience serving some of the largest school districts and fastest-growing municipalities across North Texas.

Rose is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in environmental science and engineering and a minor in chemistry. Prior to joining McCownGordon, Rose was the Director of Education Construction for the Texas Division at Crossland Construction Company, Inc. and Vice President of Construction for Lee Lewis Construction. His K-12 resume is extensive — having served over 30 school districts across the state of Texas. Rose has built everything from complicated, multi-phased additions/renovations to ground up facilities such as elementary, middle schools, high schools, and CTE projects.

His civic portfolio involves having served 15 municipalities across the state, delivering public safety facilities and municipal centers. Rose has developed relationships with his clients, architects, and partners that he will continue to nurture in his new role.
