FRISCO, TX — KWA Construction, a general contractor specializing in multifamily developments, has topped out on Kilby, a 279,288-square-foot residential community in the $600-million Frisco Square, one of the most visible mixed-use developments in Frisco, Texas. Developed by Toll Brothers Apartment Living, this four-story community will contain 258 units and is scheduled for completion in late 2020.

Designed by BGO Architects, the community will feature a club room, conference lounge, gaming lounge, a two-story fitness center with a yoga deck, pet spa and an outdoor patio with grills surrounding a resort-style pool. As part of the Frisco Square development, Kilby will neighbor offices, restaurants, specialty shops, medical facilities, entertainment and more.
