LUBBOCK, TX — Warren CAT announces the promotions of Lee Conoly and Jacob Bartholomae.

Conoly has been promoted to Machine Sales and Rental Representative in Abilene. He said his favorite part about his job is helping people get the right equipment for the job and seeing how happy customers are in CAT equipment. His work philosophy is to dedicate himself to ensuring his customers are successful. His advice to others is to do what you can with all you have wherever you are. Conoly first joined the company three years ago, as a Sales Coordinator for the Southern Region after graduating college.

Jacob Bartholomae is a Rental Sales Representatives in Lubbock, and has been with the company for over five years. He said he enjoys the everyday hustle because it pushes him to be the best at his job. The road to success, in his opinion, is always under construction, and he is a firm believer that a man is only as good as his word, which is why when he says that he is going to do something, he will do everything in his power to make it happen. Bortholomae said he believes success is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.
