The project is expected to start later this year and be completed in 2025 with a total construction cost of approximately $1 billion. This phase of the project will include elevated express and HOV lanes as well as elevated connectors at Loop 410 and Loop 1604.
SAM-CS was selected for this assignment based on the company's experience and successful history of providing OVTI services throughout the state of Texas. Under this contract, SAM-CS will provide oversight inspection, materials testing, and conduct audits to verify the design-builder’s compliance with contract requirements during construction.
