Aviation Program Management Expert Gargagliano Rejoins HNTB
Over the past 20 years, he has played an integral role in delivering projects at airports across the world, including the Terminal 1 program at San Francisco International Airport, terminal redevelopment programs at LaGuardia Airport in New York, and Project Director for construction on various facilities at Hamad International Airport in Qatar. Additionally, he has supported the Transportation Security Administration on design, construction, and program management services for passenger screening checkpoints at more than 400 airports across the U.S.
In Houston, Gargagliano previously served as Project Manager to deliver on design and installation for security systems across the Houston Airport System.

Gargagliano previously worked for HNTB, where he partnered with aviation clients in the eastern region of the United States. Prior to rejoining HNTB, he oversaw the U.S. aviation practice for another consulting firm.
Gargagliano received a Master of Arts in public administration from Troy State University. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in information systems management and a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from the University of South Florida.
