Rosales has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and business development. She started in 2018 as a Business Development Representative for Sundt and has been instrumental in obtaining over $500 million worth of projects for Sundt’s El Paso region. She is a current Director for the Texas Lyceum and sits on the board of directors for the Hospitals of Providence East Campus and the Borderplex Alliance. Additionally, she sits on the Public Service Board Selection Committee and the board for the El Paso Community College Foundation.
Rosales received a Women of Distinction award from the Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce in 2023 and was honored as a Woman of Impact in 2020 by El Paso Inc.
