Manhard Consulting’s oil and gas division, headquartered in Fort Worth and led by Allen Peloquin, RPLS, provides comprehensive engineering and surveying solutions spanning upstream, midstream, and downstream processes, from resource extraction to efficient transport.

The Energy Team Leader in the San Antonio office is new Manhard team member Omar Mendiola. The new Lubbock office is managed by Joshua West, who also serves as President of the local Levelland, Texas, OilField Connections chapter.
