DALLAS, TX — MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON), a commercial construction firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, announces the promotion of Ryan Stoll to President. Formerly Partner and Senior Vice President, Stoll will now lead MYCON’s day-to-day operations and strategic growth initiatives while continuing to shape the firm’s long-term vision as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Stoll’s journey at MYCON began in 2006 as a high school intern. Over the past 18 years, he has built a diverse portfolio spanning industrial, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, institutional, office, and health care markets. His leadership has been instrumental in MYCON’s expansion, particularly in the industrial sector.
“Ryan is a true MYCON success story,” said Charlie Myers, CEO of MYCON. “He embodies our values and leads with purpose, vision, and integrity. From intern to President, Ryan has consistently demonstrated the ability to inspire teams, exceed client expectations, and position MYCON for continued success. His passion for the business and deep understanding of the industry make him the ideal leader for our next chapter.”
Myers will remain CEO of MYCON through 2028, with continued succession planning underway to support MYCON’s long-term growth, stability, and leadership evolution.
“I’m incredibly honored and humbled to step into the role of President,” Stoll said. “MYCON has been my home since day one, and I’m proud to work alongside our people who are passionate, talented, and committed to building excellence. This is more than just a title for me as I look forward to unifying our business units, supporting our market expansions, and preparing our organization to achieve our 15-year plan.”
