Holcomb has 24 years of public sector leadership experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Throughout her career, she has been devoted to partnering with local communities and stakeholders to shape infrastructure outcomes. Prior to joining AECOM in 2021, she led the Denton County Transportation Authority as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer, where she was responsible for the oversight of multiple departments including state and federal legislative affairs, capital planning, and operations.
