DALLAS, TX — TDIndustries, Inc. (TD) promotes Jamie Dabbs to lead its strategic initiatives as TD’s Vice President, Safety, Health, and Environmental. With more than 13 years of experience at TD, Dabbs has worked to enhance TD’s safety efforts by introducing and leveraging technology such as the Samba Safety Motor Vehicle Records monitoring system, Samsara fleet camera system, video-based pre-task safety plans, and the TD Safety App. Dabbs will work out of TD’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

“I have been involved with several safety leaders and teams during my career and Jamie is truly one of the best,” said TD Chief People Officer Steve Cunningham. “TD is fortunate to have him leading our safety efforts.”

Dabbs began his career with TDIndustries in July 2008 as a Dallas Safety Manager. Under his leadership, TD's safety results have continuously improved to an industry best OSHA recordable incident rate. As a result, TD’s safety efforts have led to national recognition for the eighth straight year, including Associated General Contractors Construction Safety Excellence and/or Associated Builders and Contractors National Safety Excellence awards.

A graduate from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a degree in occupational safety and health, Dabbs also holds credentials in the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Associate Safety Professional, and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist. Dabbs leads a team of more than 20 safety professionals at TD.
