FORT WORTH, TX — M2G Ventures, a North Texas-based real estate investment and development company, announces two tenants under construction, Dynasty Spirits and Taxila Stone totaling 136,020 square feet, at M2G’s urban industrial redevelopment, PROTO Park. PROTO Park has attracted light industrial and logistics users, bringing the project to 81 percent leased.

PROTO Park has been transformed from a 1960s brick warehouse to a first-class urban industrial project with modern design, top-of-the-submarket building specifications, and brand visibility the area has been lacking. Located in Dallas, the 250,000-square-foot building is within the Brookhollow submarket adjacent to Dallas’ Design District, one of the top infill locations in DFW’s industrial market. The nine-acre site is close to Uptown Dallas, Downtown Dallas, and Dallas Love Field, ideally accessible to the Metroplex’s densely populated areas.

The remaining space available at PROTO Park encompasses suites five and six totaling 46,378 square feet. Negotiations with users are in the works on the remaining space, and ownership expects to be 100 percent leased in the next 90 days.
