ELGIN, TX — Closner Equipment, a provider of road construction and maintenance equipment, announces the groundbreaking of its new branch in Elgin, Texas. Set to open in the summer of 2025, this new facility will serve as a significant step in expanding Closner Equipment’s product support and equipment capabilities in Central Texas.
The Elgin location will be led by Logan Maywald, Closner Equipment’s Central Texas Area Director. With years of industry product and application experience and more than six years with Closner, Maywald's leadership will ensure the new branch continues to provide equipment, parts, and service.
The new Elgin facility will allow Closner Equipment to substantially increase its parts inventory, improving availability and reducing downtime for customers across the region. In addition, the facility will feature a larger service center, enabling the company to offer enhanced maintenance and repair services, including more efficient turnaround times.
With a design that anticipates future growth, the Elgin facility provides ample space for additional staff, services, and inventory. As the demand for road construction and maintenance equipment continues to rise, Closner Equipment is poised to meet these challenges head-on with this new, strategically located branch.
