The Leadership Group’s primary objectives include understanding the future skill demands for regional transformative mobility projects, evaluating the scalability of Austin’s training programs for construction and mobility, and devising an action plan to strengthen the future mobility and infrastructure workforce.
Haywood is President of HNTB’s Central Division, which encompasses offices in nine states. In this leadership role, he is responsible for overseeing complex infrastructure programs, business operations, and leading more than 750 multi-disciplinary HNTB professionals.
