Vari and Adolfson & Peterson Construction Top Out Varispace Coppell
Jason McCann, Vari Co-Founder and CEO, and Bob Lemke, Vice President of Operations at AP, addressed the construction project team during a celebratory luncheon at the future site of Vari’s headquarters and its third VariSpace campus in DFW. Representatives from BOKA Powell and Corgan, the project’s design team, were also in attendance, and the milestone celebration culminated in the ceremonial signing of the beam for posterity.
“Construction on VariSpace Coppell is moving quickly, and we’re pleased to officially reach the midpoint of construction,” Lemke said. “Reaching this milestone alongside Vari, BOKA Powell, and Corgan is an exciting moment in the construction process, especially given the challenges of the past year. We have a dedicated team of individuals who share a vision of what the future holds in innovative flexible workspace.”
Vari’s world headquarters will be located in approximately 60,000 square feet at VariSpace Coppell. The remaining 120,000 square feet will be available for tenants. The 180,000-square-foot corporate home will stand three stories tall on a 10-acre property with available surface parking. The tilt-wall building will showcase the space-as-a-service model that allows companies to tailor workspaces to their specific needs. Amenities include large exterior balconies, an open lobby concept, large open staircases, touch-free building applications, a fitness facility, and grab-and-go food services.
“With over four million users of our products worldwide, Vari has worked with tens of thousands of companies to create workspaces that attract and retain the people they need to grow their businesses,” McCann said. “We love the location in the heart of DFW with access to amazing schools and a vibrant community. We look forward to sharing VariSpace Coppell with other fast-growing companies who are seeking flexibility and first-class amenities.”
VariSpace Coppell is the company’s third location in DFW, following the success of VariSpace Las Colinas and VariSpace Southlake. All VariSpace locations offer first-class amenities, flexible space solutions in Class A buildings, and are outfitted with Vari workspace products.
BOKA Powell designed the core, shell, and site. Corgan Architects designed the building's interiors.
