HOUSTON, TX — Houston-based Waukesha Pearce Industries, LLC (WPI) has closed on its acquisition of H&E Equipment Services’ Komatsu earthmoving distribution business, which covers the state of Louisiana and five counties in southwest Arkansas. The acquisition includes H&E’s Kenner distribution facility and the assignment of H&E’s lease of the Bossier City facility.

This territory will continue to be served by the six existing authorized Komatsu branches in Louisiana. Waukesha Pearce Industries will operate from the existing H&E Equipment Services Louisiana facilities and retain all current distribution business and employees.
