The merger will create an architectural practice with offices in York, Lancaster, and the Eastern Shore of Delmarva that offers architecture, structural engineering, interior architecture, urban planning, and historic preservation services. The leadership team will be comprised of Principals Richard F. Mulá, Teen Vebares, and James E. Baumgardner.
