NEW YORK, NY — STV announces Anthony Pastore, MBA, has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and Northeast Regional Manager of the firm’s program management and construction management (PM/CM) group. In this role, Pastore will oversee regional coordination, client engagement, and business development efforts, with a focus on strategic growth across the Northeast.

Pastore brings more than 30 years of PM/CM experience throughout the Northeast, having led major initiatives across the aviation and transportation sectors, as well as historic, mixed-use, residential, and retail developments.

Throughout his career, Pastore has been a leader in projects for major transportation agencies, aviation clients, and redevelopment commissions across the New York City metropolitan area. He is a member of the Municipal Art Society of New York; a journeyman with local union no. 157 of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America; and an adjunct professor at Fordham University’s Real Estate Institute. Pastore received his Bachelor of Science in business administration and Master of Business Administration from Strayer University.
