FREDONIA, NY — Turner Construction Company is celebrating the kickoff of site work on the $224 million Northern Chautauqua Hospital in Fredonia, New York. This project represents an investment that will expand access to modern health care services for communities across western New York.

The hospital builds on the affiliation between Kaleida Health and Brooks-TLC Hospital System. The 133,000-square-foot, single-story hospital will be built on a 30-acre site and is expected to open by the end of 2028, serving more than 260,000 patient visits annually.

The facility will include 15 medical-surgical beds, a 16-bay emergency department, five observation beds, operating and procedure rooms, imaging services, a helipad, and primary and specialty care clinics.
