OMAHA, NE — Porter Trustin Carlson has officially broken ground on a new 16,700-square-foot office and warehouse facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Ronco Construction is serving as the general contractor for the project.
The one-story, pre-engineered metal building will include approximately 13,000 square feet of warehouse space with 25-foot clear height, two overhead doors, and an additional overhead door with a loading dock. The remaining space will support Porter Trustin Carlson’s office operations with nine private offices, a conference room, breakroom, restrooms, storage areas, and a covered patio.
“We’re excited about what this new facility means for the future of Porter Trustin Carlson,” said Preston Bell, President at Porter Trustin Carlson. “It brings new energy to our growing team and allows us to bring our warehouse operations together with our office in one connected space. This investment is about creating a better environment for our team, improving how we serve our customers, and giving PTC a strong foundation for continued growth.”
The exterior will feature a combination of metal panels and wood siding accents, extensive glazing along the north elevation, and a standing seam metal roof. The mix of office and warehouse space brings the company’s day-to-day operations together within a facility designed for both functionality and long-term use.
“This project gives Porter Trustin Carlson a space designed around how their team works today while creating room to support their continued growth,” said Ben Bingham, Ronco Superintendent. “We’re excited to get construction underway and work alongside their team to bring the new facility to life.”
