Cobb spent 22 years with a national engineering and architecture firm based in Oklahoma City, where he most recently led the architectural and engineering business unit. Prior to that, Cobb helped guide the firm’s strategic planning and financial operations and served on the firm’s board of directors and operating committee.
He has experience in civil land development and project management on multidiscipline projects in the federal, municipal, and commercial markets. He also managed a number of design-build federal projects and served as the Project Manager for the construction phase of a consolidated rental car facility at Will Rogers World Airport. Cobb is an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers and serves on the board for the Oklahoma City Post.

Cobb is a native of Stillwater, Oklahoma. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University.
