Most recently, Stephen was a Training Specialist at the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Prior to Muscogee (Creek) Nation, he served as a Career Readiness Trainer at the Tulsa Community Work Advance. Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in history and a master’s degree from the University of New Mexico, focusing on modern European history.
