“This Ruston facility is Chase’s newest opportunity in North Louisiana and will serve as a great addition to the Ruston community,” said Robert Maddux, Vice President of Design and Construction for KDC. “It is the highest compliment when you are asked to work on multiple projects for one company, and KDC is proud to develop another facility for Chase.”
The Ruston facility will serve as an extension of the Chase Operations Center in Monroe, which supports the recording, archiving, and custodial services for home loans, auto loans, and securities. Once opened, the Ruston operations center will employ about 50 people, with room to potentially expand to 200 workers.
KDC has a history of working with JPMorgan Chase, having developed Phase I and Phase II of the financial organization’s corporate campus at Legacy West in Plano, Texas.
“Chase celebrated our 30th year of doing business in North Louisiana earlier this year. This groundbreaking in Ruston is an important moment in our ongoing commitment to our region,” said Tania Hilburn, Managing Director and Site Lead for the Chase Home Lending operations in Monroe. “Our company recognizes the quality and commitment of our local workforce. We’re excited to grow and welcome new employees to our Chase family.”
