RUSTON, LA — KDC, a real estate development and investment firm, recently completed construction of the Chase Operations Center in Ruston, Louisiana.
The $31 million, 50,000-square-foot facility represents a major investment in the region. Serving as an extension of the Chase Operations Center in Monroe, Louisiana, the Ruston site enhances the company’s operational capacity across the Southeast.
Situated on 5 acres along Woodward Avenue, the new center will handle a range of activities, including recording, archiving, and custodial services for home loans, auto loans, and securities. The facility opens with 50 employees and can grow to 200.
Construction broke ground in November 2023, with vertical construction beginning in July 2024. HKS served as the architect and Lincoln Builders, Inc. was the general contractor.
“Delivering projects that empower our clients to grow and succeed is at the core of what we do,” said Eric Hage, President of KDC. “This facility is more than just a building; it’s an investment in the Ruston community and a testament to JPMorgan Chase’s commitment to the region. We are proud to have partnered with Chase to bring its vision to life and look forward to seeing the impact this project will have.”
