Prater has nine years of experience, including one with the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT). Her background includes engineering design and management for projects involving urban and rural roadway drainage, bridge hydraulics, and scour evaluations. As a consultant, she has completed many projects for MDOT and worked for other state departments of transportation.
Her focus for Neel-Schaffer will be roadway drainage design.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Science in engineering from Mississippi State University.
