As Office Leader, Hutchinson will be responsible for managing HNTB’s operations in Tennessee, including overseeing project delivery, client relations, business development, and employee development.

Throughout his career, Hutchinson has worked with various federal and state transportation agencies, local governments, and regional mobility authorities. He has been a leader in several significant projects and initiatives in Tennessee and Georgia.
Hutchinson is active in industry organizations. He received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and Master of Science in transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
