In his new role, Cramer will manage and analyze the firm’s operations and performance metrics. He will consult with members of the firm’s leadership teams to ensure Olsson is on track to meet its operational and team goals, strategies, and priorities. Cramer joined Olsson in 1999 as a Project Engineer. He served in numerous leadership roles throughout the region before he was named Regional Leader in 2016. As Senior Director of Operations, his talents will now be used across the entire firm.
“We’re excited to take advantage of Sterling’s knowledge of the industry to strengthen our firm and continue to meet the needs of our clients,” said Ryan Beckman, President of Olsson. “Sterling’s ability to analyze a situation and put it in context with the larger vision makes him the ideal candidate for this new position.”
Cramer will continue to work out of Olsson’s Overland Park, Kansas, office.
Replacing Cramer as Regional Leader is Ron Mersch, who since 2012 has been the firm’s Office Leader in Springfield, Missouri. As Office Leader, Mersch oversaw substantial growth throughout southern Missouri, Arkansas, and southeast Kansas while growing the offices and expanding capabilities to better serve Olsson’s roster of clients.
