Selcer's addition in 2020 strengthened the firm’s H&H and Coastal Engineering services. In her new role, she will oversee H&H and Drainage Design in Louisiana, working closely with Glenn Ledet, PE, Water Resources Market Sector Lead; Mike Phillips, PE, CFM, H&H Discipline Lead; Nick J. Ferlito, PE, PTOE, Senior Vice President/Engineer Manager for the Baton Rouge office; and the Louisiana leadership team to expand the state’s H&H services.
With nearly 10 years of experience, Selcer specializes in H&H and Coastal Engineering services. She currently provides support on a variety of water resources projects, including project management services for two projects for the H&H team: the CS-87: Calcasieu-Sabine Large-Scale Marsh & Hydrologic Restoration project and the Jimmie Davis Bridge design-build project for the Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development.

Selcer is a Registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana and holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Louisiana State University.
