RALEIGH, NC — The Walsh Group announces the promotion of Jeremy Haines to Vice President within the company’s transportation division.
As Vice President, Haines will provide oversight and leadership for transportation projects throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. His responsibilities will include consultation with owners, monitoring project progress, and supervision and review of management systems and staff. “Jeremy has been a driving force behind the growth of Archer Western’s presence in the Carolinas, building strong partnerships and delivering the solutions to meet the demands of our customers’ rapidly growing communities,” said Paul Carter, Senior Vice President of Southeast Transportation. “His leadership, commitment to excellence, and dedication to the communities have positioned our teams for long-term success. We’re proud to recognize Jeremy’s contributions with this well-earned promotion and look forward to his continued impact across the region.” Haines has 26 years of experience in the construction industry, including 17 years with The Walsh Group. His leadership has helped position Archer Western as a top transportation contractor in the region, with projects like the $327 million I-26 Reconstruction in Asheville, North Carolina; the $1 billion Asheville Downtown Connector; the $354 million Charleston Main Road Segment A; and the $204 million I-26/I-95 Interchange Improvements in Dorchester County, South Carolina. He is also leading the partnership with the North Carolina Department of Transportation to drive infrastructure recovery efforts following Hurricane Helene.
