HERNDON, VA — As Vice President of The Walsh Group, Jeff Mays will provide leadership and oversight for transportation operations throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. He will be responsible for driving strategic growth, strengthening client relationships, supporting project delivery, and advancing business development efforts as the Mid-Atlantic Transportation Group continues to evolve and expand. Mays is based in the Herndon, Virginia, office and will report to Senior Business Group Leader Paul Carter.
"Jeff's leadership, industry experience, and dedication to our clients have been instrumental to the success of our transportation operations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region," Carter said. "As we continue to expand our relationships with municipal, public, and federal customers, Jeff is well-positioned to lead the group and maintain the high standards of execution and service our clients expect." Mays has 22 years of experience with The Walsh Group, recently serving as Program Manager for more than seven years in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has built a track record of delivering transportation infrastructure projects and developing long-term relationships with transportation agencies and clients. His project portfolio includes the City of Virginia Beach Elbow Road Project, the United States Army Corps of Engineers Deep Creek Bridge Replacement in Chesapeake, the City of Roanoke Wasena Bridge Replacement, and the Virginia Department of Transportation I-81 Corridor Project.
