Parker is a Senior Transportation Engineer in Clark Nexsen's Virginia Beach office with more than 10 years of design and management experience within the transportation sector. Along with his involvement in VASITE, Parker is an Eagle Scout and has served as Vice President of Camping Operations for the Tidewater Council, Boy Scouts since 2010. He is also an Old Dominion University Monarch.
VASITE was established to promote transportation engineering practices in the planning, design, operation, and management of transportation facilities and equipment for the safe, convenient, and efficient movement of people and goods. To achieve this goal, VASITE encourages professional training and development of persons engaged in transportation engineering and seeks to increase public awareness and involvement in transportation engineering activities.
