CHARLOTTE, NC — Sunstate Equipment announces a key leadership move designed to reshape the company’s regional leadership and sales teams. This will strengthen Sunstate's leadership and community relationships, as well as improve sales, operations, and customer satisfaction. The following strategic appointment follows CEO Norty Turner's assumption of his role earlier this year.

A new member of the Sunstate team, Jason King has joined the company as the Region Vice President for the Southeast. King is a proven equipment rental industry leader, with more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience in the equipment rental industry. King will be based in North Carolina and will lead the region’s strategic initiatives. He comes to Sunstate after the past five years at another firm, most recently serving as a District Manager, focusing on onsite solutions, portable sanitation, and fencing.
