“The 14-story jobsite located downtown adjacent to the James River is maintained in impeccably clean condition,” said Mark Lambert, Corporate Safety Director. “They have maintained compliance with CDC and KBS guidelines to mitigate COVID-19 transmission by providing multiple hand wash stations and informational sheets posted at each of the 14-stair landings.”
South Falls is a 14-story high-rise with 256 units, ground-level retail space, and 279 parking spaces. Located between the James River flood wall and the Manchester Canal, the 224,968-square-foot development will be a definitive component of Richmond’s southside skyline.

The Goose Creek Phase II project adds 185,106 square feet and 148 units to the apartment development in Fishersville, Virginia.
