LYNCHBURG, VA — Construction firm Robins & Morton recently joined Remedy Medical Properties and Centra Health to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Centra Langhorne Medical Center in Lynchburg, Virginia.
The five-story, 126,813-square-foot medical office building features pre-surgery, imaging, outpatient rehabilitation, endocrinology, brain and spine, urology, pulmonology, and pain management services.
“The Remedy and Robins & Morton team worked nights and weekends to deliver the building for us,” Centra Health CEO Richard Tugman said.
“We appreciate the trust that Centra Health placed on us to partner on this project,” Remedy Medical Properties Executive Vice President Jim Moylan added.
The facility will house multiple specialists to centralize and increase access to health care for the Lynchburg community. Additionally, Centra partnered with the City of Lynchburg to develop an added entry with parking to Blackwater Creek Trail as part of the new property.
