Seipp is an Associate and Water Resources Department Manager in the firm’s Baltimore, Maryland, office with more than 20 years of experience. She specializes in National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems permit compliance, total maximum daily load program implementation, watershed assessments, green infrastructure assessments, wetland delineations, and geographic information systems.
Seipp earned two bachelor’s degrees from Oregon State University (2001), one in environmental science and one in biology. She is a member of the Maryland Association of Floodplain and Stormwater Managers, Maryland Municipal Stormwater Association, Toastmasters International, and the Water Environment Federation. Seipp is also serving her second year as Chair of the CWEA stormwater committee and has been an active committee member since 2014.
