Le has more than 25 years of experience, previously working for Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP, as an Associate. She brings to the firm combined capabilities in project management and engineering design with a track record managing design teams for complex projects. She also has expertise leading civil and mechanical engineering efforts for multiple municipal water and wastewater clients. Le’s project background includes planning, evaluation, and design of wastewater collection and conveyance systems, water system distribution and storage, water and wastewater pump stations, and process mechanical improvements at treatment facilities.
Le will also be responsible for developing business strategy, client relationship management, developing new clients and business, and overseeing production and technical staff for the execution of complex engineering projects.

Le earned her bachelor’s degree in biological systems engineering from Virginia Tech and her Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a member of the Virginia section of the American Water Works Association.
