Evolution Safety Resources Joins SEAA’s Ironworker Training Network

RALEIGH, NC — Evolution Safety Resources joins the Steel Erectors Association of America’s (SEAA) network of SEAA/NCCER Ironworker Training Units and Assessment Sites. Participation in the program grants SEAA member companies access to nationally recognized credentials for ironworkers, crane operators, and rigger/signal persons. Evolution Safety Resources brings the number of participating companies to 27 across the nationwide network.

Evolution Safety Resources, based out of Raleigh, North Carolina, provides custom workplace training programs for employers. The addition of SEAA/NCCER ironworker training credentials complements the other training programs Evolution Safety Resources offers, including welding, pipefitting, highway/heavy construction, and heavy highway helper.

“We are also actively working toward earning the ability to offer NCCER crane operator and rigger/signal person qualifications,” said Julia Kunlo, Vice President.

“Being an Accredited Training Sponsor of NCCER provides our members access to not only the ironworker curriculum, but more than 70 training programs at a reduced price,” said Tim Eldridge, President of Education Services Unlimited and SEAA’s Craft Training and Assessment Administrator.

Founded in 1972, SEAA is the only national trade association representing the interests of steel erectors, fabricators, contractors, and related service providers. The association promotes safety, education, and training programs for steel erector trades, including its Ironworker Craft Training curriculum. The association works in partnership with other steel construction, design, and steel product organizations to protect the interests of those who construct steel structures.
