CHARLOTTE, NC — Justin Stillman has joined Barton Malow as a Senior Business Strategy Manager in its Southeast Business Unit. Stillman is based out of Barton Malow’s Charlotte, North Carolina, office and will leverage his background and existing connections to build new relationships and support scalable growth throughout the Carolinas.
Stillman's construction career spans more than 20 years in the Carolinas and includes experience in trade labor, construction management, and facilities leadership across national and local commercial construction firms. He began his career as a carpenter for a local general contractor, contributing to the construction of the UNC Charlotte Harris Alumni Center. Over the years, he advanced into project management and leadership positions, consistently recognized for his ability to optimize operations, drive sustainable growth, and deliver impactful results that enhance overall project performance.
“I’m excited to join Barton Malow and continue the momentum in Charlotte and the Carolinas,” Stillman said. “I look forward to leveraging my AEC experience to build upon existing relationships and develop new ones with clients throughout the Carolinas. Each day, I’m motivated by the opportunity to provide a true level of service — understanding needs, solving challenges, and helping others.”
Stillman is also active in various industry and community organizations. He is engaged with facilities-focused associations and groups across the health care, higher education, and corporate office markets. He remains active in his community, volunteering as a softball coach with the South Charlotte Recreation Association. He is also passionate about service beyond his local area, seeking opportunities to lend his skills, labor, and resources to support those in western North Carolina impacted by Hurricane Helene and other causes.
