Abrams brings over 20 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of water infrastructure in the Carolinas. Key project experience includes the Plum Island WPCP - Phase III Capital Improvement Projects; the Daniel Island WWTF Upgrade; the McAlpine Creek WWMF Reliability Improvement Project; and the Sugar Creek WWMF Reliability Improvement Project.

Abrams is a graduate of Clemson University, with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, as well as the University of Minnesota, with a master’s degree in civil engineering. He currently serves as the Carolinas Chair of the Design Build Institute of America and is member of the South Carolina Section of the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment Association of South Carolina.
