Delphos has proven success in providing creative solutions to many of the water, wastewater, and stormwater challenges faced by Mid-Atlantic utilities, as well as mentoring and developing staff into effective project delivery teams.
He was recently named the American Water Works Association Director for Virginia, has previously consulted on water-related issues with the White House Office of Science and Technology, and has been a guest lecturer at a variety of colleges including the University of Pennsylvania. Delphos is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Master of Science in environmental engineering and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, both from Georgia Tech.
