GLEN ALLEN, VA — HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America announces the addition to its North America dealer network of Ditch Witch of Virginia, based in Glen Allen, Virginia.
The dealership will represent Hyundai compact construction equipment products — including compact excavators, skid steers, and compact track loaders — from its four locations serving central and northern Virginia, Hampton Roads, eastern West Virginia, and the Delmarva peninsula.
Ditch Witch of Virginia is a provider of trenchers, vibratory plows, horizontal directional drill, and stand-on skid steers. Vice President of Sales and Owner, Jacob Horton, said the company’s growth and marketplace demand made the time right to expand into compact construction and earth-moving equipment.
“We try to provide our customers with everything they need to get the job done,” Horton said. “The Hyundai compact equipment line brings it all together with even more job site solutions. We have looked for the right partnership for some time, and we’ve found it. This is the perfect time for our dealership and customers to pick the Hyundai brand.”
Horton added, “The Hyundai product line lets us talk to anyone who needs to dig below the dirt,” encompassing a variety of construction, utility, landscaping, and material-handling applications. He described Hyundai as “a great partner with high-quality equipment and great support, including training, financing, and marketing.”
