Swacil started with Brinkmann in 2006 as a Project Engineer and has worked on a variety of projects over his tenure. Swacil most recently managed the construction of three hotels in Chesterfield, Missouri. He gained expertise in the hospitality market while fostering and cultivating relationships leading to four more hotel projects currently under construction.
Swacil earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology and is a LEED Accredited Professional with an emphasis in Building Design + Construction.
In MacDonald’s new role, she is responsible for supervising all the accounting activities and processes within Brinkmann Constructors.
MacDonald joined Brinkmann in 2007 as an Accounts Payable Specialist, and subsequently advanced through the ranks to be promoted to Controller.
