Initially, Garrett will be focused on welcoming Henderson employees back to the workplace after more than a year of working from home. Staff came back in a limited capacity in June with a full return to offices slated for September.

Prior to Henderson, Garrett was the Director of HR Consulting at Cerner Corporation. Preceding that, she served as Senior Vice President-HR Partner at Swiss RE. During her 13 years with the company, she led HR efforts in the U.S. and internationally.

Garrett is a graduate of the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, where she earned her master’s degree in human resources and her bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources.
