MW Builders built the Kessler Residences at Meadowbrook, an apartment complex with 282 upscale units, in partnership with developer VanTrust Real Estate and architect Looney Ricks Kiss. The three- and four-story wood-frame buildings, in addition to the five-story, precast parking garage, total 525,000 square feet. The apartments, which held their grand opening in September 2018 in Prairie Village, Kansas, are part of a larger community initiative to offer housing options to suit a variety of needs.
MW Builders partnered with developer, Flaherty & Collins and architect Cunningham Architects, on the new Union|Berkley Riverfront Park Apartments to help bring the innovative idea of developing the long-neglected Riverfront area and turning it into a new destination to live and play in the city. The apartment complex offers luxury living in Kansas City, Missouri, with 410 units, 12,400 square feet of retail space and a 440-stall parking garage.
This project includes a bar/coffee shop, fitness center with yoga and cycling studios, a year-round saltwater pool, hot tub, and outdoor living rooms with fire pits, a bike shop and game rooms. It also features a “bark park” with special features for pets.
