OMAHA, NE — Jason Schmitz, AIA, NCARB, joins HDR as a Health Principal in the Omaha architecture studio. In this position, Schmitz will be a leader for HDR’s health practice in the Omaha area, employing over 18 years of professional experience in the industry.

As the new Health Principal in Omaha, Schmitz will be responsible for cultivating and supporting both new and existing relationships with clients while driving regional growth.

Prior to joining HDR, Schmitz was a Principal Healthcare Sector Leader at DLR Group for their central region, managing teams across the Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, and Arizona offices. Schmitz earned both a bachelor’s degree in design and a master’s degree in architecture at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
