As Garver’s People Services Director, Bradley is responsible for managing Garver’s health and retirement benefit programs, recruitment, employee engagement, training and wellness initiatives. That experience, Bradley said, directly influenced her decision to apply for Leadership Overland Park — particularly the work she’s done in providing the groundwork for healthy, sustainable growth at the firm.
“In Overland Park, we have a tremendous amount of potential, and that’s only going to continue in the years to come,” Bradley said. “What’s most important, however, is that we’re proper stewards of that growth, and that we’re taking a similar approach to what we’ve done at Garver with respect to inclusivity and mindfulness.”
A longtime resident of Overland Park, Bradley has made numerous contributions to her community through volunteer opportunities like Habitat for Humanity’s Christmas in October, American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women, and Operation Breakthrough’s Adopt-a-Family Christmas program.
“With Leadership Overland Park, I see the next logical step: a chance not only to better know what makes our community so special — and to become further involved in volunteer opportunities — but to play a part in shaping it for the generations to come,” Bradley said.
