Dolechek has spent his career delivering sound solutions for water and wastewater projects, largely in his native Kansas. These include program management for Wichita’s new Northwest Water Treatment Plant, biological nutrient removal wastewater treatment facility improvements, and relocating Wichita’s largest sanitary sewer interceptor from under I-135 in south Wichita.
Known for his ability to innovate and think beyond conventional design, Dolechek serves as a responsive and dedicated source of support for Garver’s clients. His collaborative nature and client-side background enables clients to have a clearer voice and more involvement on projects, driving their goals from concept to application.
“The first thing that stands out when you meet Mark is his enthusiasm,” said Garver Director of Water Services Jeff Sober, PE. “He has an incredible passion for what he does, and you see that in his dedication to clients. And it’s his drive that inspires the team around him to continually find the best solution to any of our clients’ challenges.”
