As a Studio Leader for one of HDR’s Omaha architectural studios, she manages a diverse team of experts and is critical in creating high-performing, interdisciplinary teams that meet technical and design benchmarks to execute projects. She is involved in all phases of interior architectural projects and their management, and serves as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and public agencies. She will continue to be active in mentorship and staff growth through strategic recruitment and development efforts that elevate design at HDR and in the Great Plains office.

Scott is a member of the International Interior Design Association, Commercial Real Estate Women, and an Allied Member of the American Institute of Architects. She is an NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer and LEED Accredited Professional.
